The power light comes on but when you puch it it blinks 2 or three times then wont do anything. then you have to wait about 5-10 minutes before you can try it agian. But it never comes on. There is no sound either.

Capacitors on power supply bad.
Replace this:
2200uf 16V, 220uf 16V. Upgrade to 35V.
Located on power supply- deflection board.
