call them on another phone , provide proof that you own the account and they will give it to you

In 90% of cases the Leica Total Station Surveying Unit is leased from Leica. If you don't pay the monthly lease payments, they lock the unit remotely with a PUK Code.
The other scenario is that the unit is stolen or reported lost. They lock it so no one can use it.
The Unit is locked with a 128 bit RSA Encryption Code. It is unbreakable and the code to unlock is 8 digits minimum, up to 16 digits long. Only Leica Support can unlock it.
If it is a brand new lease or if you paid $6,500 outright, this applies

The Leica Total Station is a LEASED surveying instrument. Yours is either stolen or the lease payment has not been made despite reminders. Because of that, Leica have locked it with a 128 bit RSA Encryption Code. Only Leica can unlock it, there is no magic code, no way to work out the PUK code from the serial number.
Give it back or pay the lease, then phone Leica Support.

The Leica Total Station is on Lease. and if you don't pay the monthly fee, they lock it on you with a PUK Lock. Only Leica can unlock it. There is no other way, no magic codes, no way to work it out from the serial number. They use an RSA 128 bit encrypted password of about 12 to 16 letters and numbers.
