the error g65 means that either the url is incorrect, or more likely, in the programming the carrier isnt selected to your carrier. if you call customer or tech support again you can get you master subsidy lock code (LSD) and go into the programming and fix this yourself. dial either ##program# or ##data# into the phone from the main screen (dont hit talk or ok) and it will ask you for the lock code, type in your MSL and it will bring you into programming, once in there go into nam1 if it asks and go to carrier, high lite your carrier and hit ok, then go to done and the phone will shut itself off and turn itself back on. once thats dont it should stop saying g65..if after that you get error 256 then you would have to call and get them to give you the correct url to put into your phone and you would change it accordingly. once both those are fixed there isnt really anything else that could be wrong so it will just straight out ask you to register then ask you for your pass, once you have that in your set..

Maybe in case only if its an older kind of equipment, if there no other ways to handle it, remove the accumulator backup battery or the flushable memorychip , find info about in a service manual, only to do if there is no support to find in an direct way by the importer of the brands name, and maybe on youtube there are many other ways to find answers on your question.

To unlock your set requires two steps: the first is to get past the lock screen.To do that, press the QV( or previous channel?) and 9 buttons at the same time when you are asked to enter your lock code.
Now that you're past the lock screen, find the menu that covers locking and unlocking. QV/9 (previous channel/9) is a one-time bypass; if you turn the set off, it'll be locked again when you turn it on, so you first need to LOCK it again, with a pass code you can remember (try 1,1,1,1). Once you lock it, you can exit from all the menus, then try to change inputs. It'll ask for a pass code, which you now know!

the default passcode is usually 0000. If this works than go into settings, then security and turn off your phone lock.
