Goodmans tv is stuck in radio mode, the radio/tv button doesn't change it. How do I get back to tv?

• To scan for stations; press the Auto button. Press and hold for an international scan.
• Once stations are stored, you use the UP and DN buttons to find the one you want then press Select

Switch off TV manually, remove batteries from remote, switch off power outlet and remove plug and wait for 48 hours and retry. Look for any jammed buttons on remote or on control panel. Change input device to something that works like a DVD player and see.

Follow the steps below

1* Select any channel on the TV.

2* Point your Sky+ remote control away from the TV and press the tv button.

3* Press and hold down the Select and red buttons simultaneously on the Sky+ remote control until the red light at the top of the Sky+ remote control flashes twice.

4. Input the 3 digit number from the Sky+ remote control codes then press the Select button. The red light at the top of the Sky+ remote control should flash twice.

5*Point the Sky+ remote control at the TV and try the volume button.

If this works try the other TV functions.

If these work then the correct code has been selected.

It's important to note that not all TV functions will be supported by the Sky+ remote control e.g. Picture in Picture.

If all functions do not work correctly, then repeat steps 1 - 3 and work through all the relevant 3 digit numbers from the Sky+ remote control codes, until you find the code which supports all or as many of the TV functions as possible.
Please note: In order to operate both your TV and Sky+ with your Sky+ remote control, you will be required to switch modes e.g. to switch on your TV from stand-by, you would need to press "TV" followed by the "Stand-by" button. Then to change channel on your Sky+ you would need to press the "Sky" button followed by the "TV guide" button.

Yes,ur tv does require a tv orginal remote will help u to used,but the child lock mode must have a secret codes to enter it.Can't turn tv on,must have the tv original remote to enter child lock secret codes though.Tries Goodmans website look for there 1-800.. call ask their customer service they can help to erase the child lock secrect password,if u don't know it.Try website Remotes.com to buy the tv original remote.

There should be a button marked source,press this then scrol to the one marked dtv,hope this helps.

Check the timer like on TV's where you can set a sleep timer.

But thats how a walkie talkie works, it stays in Receive Rx mode UNTIL you press the PTT button,, then it Transmits Tx, and when released it goes back to Rx, receive?

After sitting all day in the parking lot at work, I started the truck to go home and everything seemed back to normal. There must be some sort of time related reset. I have not tried pushing the MODE button again and probably won't until I need to.

in your remote control there will be one button calles ASM or auto search mode you press it (or auto) tv will tune one by one channel automatically & it will stop. now from prog. button you can up &down channals. from vol +&- vol up& down. good luck.
