Why is my Insignia ns-b3112 have sound on the radio but no sound on any cd's?

Although the disks are spinning and the sound button is on i still can't get the cd's to play. # the unit is plugged in and the volume is on, high. I have followed all the suggestions in the trouble-shooting manual.

Hi have you tried putting a cd cleaner in it because over time the lens which reads the cd can become dusty making it impossible for it to play hope this helps

Pull out AC cord from its back AC socket. It will work on batteries.

NS-B3112 does notwork on batteries

Check to see if the metal connectors are touching the appropriate places on the battery ends, and also check to make sure that the batteries are good.

My insignia NS-IPSD4 ipod docking station simply put, wont work. I haven't touched it in a while and it was left unplugged. now it just turns the blue light at the ipod base on and the clock light, but...

My itouch won't charge using the Insignia iPod Boombox (NS-B3112).

I am trying to use my ipod with my surround sound system (NS-H2002B) and it seems like it would work but as the menu comes up on the screen it stops and will mot let me select anything.

This unit (NS-H2002B) is not iPod compatible.
