Take the rear cover off the tv, then look for swollen or enlarged capacitors on the power board. You can desolder the bad ones out, then re solder new ones in. It may sound like a difficult task, but it is pretty easy.

I've already removed the back cover, and did some troubleshooting of the power board. The voltages are all correct at the cable leading off the power board to the main board. Any troubleshooting tips for the main board?

Check all your connections, and your t-con board.

How to fix a Telefunken LED tv model no. TLED-32 HD

You only see standby voltage if the power board is in "sleep mode" or PMW isn't enabled. Test the power on pin on the power supply, see if you see standby voltage there as you turn the TV on, if you don't look at a bad main, if you do it's a power board issue.

My Samsung 50" TV goes dark even the red power-on will not turn on

red power is stand by power if dead it can not turn on
just like a PC with standby power dead, the PC can not turn on ever.
(desktops)
there are 2 causes for and DC supply fail
1: the supply is bad.
2: the load to that line is shorted. (aka, overloaded)
a shop tests for both cases using TOOLS called a meter.
you have no tools right?"instruments like DDM and amp clamp ammeters to find shorts and overloads?
so must guess, well guess.
or get a shop to fix it that has TOOLS , skills and a real service manual.

Samsung TV Model UN43MU6290FXZA Ver: BB03, Power board: BB44-00806F. Will not power up. LED will flash on and off as well as back lighting. If I unplug main board back light is solid.

Your power board voltages are ok. I'd look at a main board issue. You could try "cooking" the main but even if it fixes it it's a temp fix

Replaced power board on Samsung smart tv, still not turning on. could it be a main board failure?

1. Make sure the back lights are OK, to do so, unplug the cable between the power supply & the main board, apply the AC power to the power supply, if the back lights are OK, it should light up.
2. If the back lights are OK, i will try a new main board first.

My Samsung tv won’t turn on the red light stays on what can I do to fix this

As long as you have the standby indicator the standby voltage is there, next thing to test is the PSON or Pwr-on terminal on the power supply board if your able to, should be 0 with it off and abotu 3.5 vdc when you push the on botton, if you don't have that its the main board that is bad, if you do its the power board...if you don't have a meter or the knowledge to test it then you need to either recycle it or take it in for service somewhere

My Samsung LED tv doesn't turn on. No standby light. What do i need to check, to see what board is damage? What components is important to check? What to replace?

The main circuits are check before the TV is turned on. When high voltage was checked, was it 391 volts or more at the large capacitor? A voltage below 390 will shutdown the TV.
