you didn't leave a make or model for you bread maker, so it's hard to find what you need.
usually your owners manual will have a trouble shooting section. you might want to check there.

I need the model number to be sure, but, based on when you get it in your cycle, I'd check the drain pump and clean out the trap.

Check the charge corona assembly/wire.

Unplug machine for 2 hours to reset the board electronics and re-plugin to load fresh computer code onto board.

Many possible causes, mostly coming from the tape. I hope tape is still can be ejected, try to change with a new one. If still persist, something wrong inside could be a belt or the capstan gear broken. If you know how to open your next problem is the spare parts. Good Luck!

Problem with reel, could be your cassette causes the problem.In case your cassette stuck, eject the cassette by applying power on it and keep cassette door open for 5 sec or more until cassette ejected, then use other cassette. Otherwise have it check by the expert. Good Luck

I have had the same problem with a different model JVC. I haven't been able to fix it yet, but there were a bunch of people on a different forum that were able to fix that error code quite simply. With a tape in the machine, flip the lever to eject the tape, then as soon as you hear the motor start to whir, quickly close the door.
It didn't help me, but like I said, several people reported that that action fixed the EO3 error.

I cleaned the heads with isoprophl alcohol on a q- tip and it started working again with no problems.
