This can be caused by a few things.
1. Check the bread kneading paddle(s). Make sure that it fits properly and is not slipping on the drive shaft. Also look for cracks in the paddle blade hub.
Hi, If the motor shaft is not spinning with the bread pan out of the machine it could be the belt has fallen off the pulley, or has snapped. The belt and pulley are inside the base of the machine. Hank
You can get a replacement kneading paddle for this model at Applica, which is 1-800-738-0245 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., ET). I just talked to them today! They don't have the replacment pan but do still have the paddle. Hope this helps!
