My Bosch Vision 300 series washing machine wont start?Why? What has to be done to it?

Try unplugging the machine for 5 min's

1. Set the knob to off.
2. Hold down both the Spin Selector button and the Allergy Rinse button simultaneously.
3. While holding these two buttons down, rotate the knob one click to the left, to the "cold" position.
4. At that point, the display will show a diagnostic code and the unit will enter a self-test mode. In my case, the solenoid latch started clicking repeatedly. I pressed the Spin Selector button once or twice, which resulted in the display of new codes and then the release of the latch.
5. I set the knob back to off, and the washer now appears to be operating.
6. You're done.

Regarding your information, I would say Child lock has been activated. I do not know what model or serial number of your dryer but you need to refer your machine's user manual or contact Bosch for deactivate child lock. I hope that helps. Thanks.

I have the same issue. Were you able to fix it and what was the issue?

have a look at the door latch first see if it is not loose or of line
then check the door lock

A code E27 means a problem with the door lock. Try unpluging the machine for an hour and see if it resets the lock.

If not remove the cover on the lower right corner you will see a white plastic pull cord. Pull the cord and pull open the door. If that doesn't reset the door lock you will need to replace the lock.

Possible this could be jammed lock and is advisable to check the lock settings.

Is it flashing only E or there is a number besides it such as E 03 or E1?

e 13 is a door lock error if you are lucky you may have a manual release check where filter is for a red pull release this mechanically activates the door to retrieve trapped washing,if not lock will need replacing engineer visit unfortunately.
