It is the winter. What you see as water is just condensation from the water that is in the fuel at molecular level. The test is, Are you losing water from the coolant system?
Water is nowhere new the valve stems, just oil.
Leave everything as it is. Re-evaluate in summer. The head gasket can be tested with a coolant system pressure test.
The problem is more likely in the bcm. Check to see if any rainwater is leaking on the bcm, but the dash lights going out is not consistent with bcm failure. Look for possible wiring issues under the dash--maybe you have rat damage.
If a SRS fault exists, the RCM sends a message to instrument cluster module to flash a coded sequence which is called a lamp flash code (LFC) on the air bag warning indicator. Each LFC is flashed 3 times after which the air bag indictor will remain lit for the remainder of the key-on cycle. In addition to the self-test at start up, the RCM continuously monitors all of its external and internal circuitry for faults.
While the LFCs are an indication of a general concern in the supplemental restraint system (SRS), the DTCs are more specific. The DTCs can be retrieved from the RCM with a scan tool via the DLC.

a DTC: Diagnostic trouble code, retrieved using scan tool.
c Cross-link DTCs will be retrieved in pairs to identify the cross-linked components.
b LFC: Lamp fault code, flashed on air bag warning indicator.
It could be the speaker that alerts you when you back up. If it is going bad, you will get a cross traffic system fault. A replacement speaker will cost you $20 or less and a half an hour of your time if you are handy. (It is possible the fault could be caused by something else, but my speaker was making a screeching sound for several weeks, then stopped working altogether. After reading several forums and blogs, I felt confident the speaker was my issue.)
I have a 2010 Milan with the Sony speakers. I read about taking out the seat to access the speaker, but did not want to do that. found several sites that said one could go in from the top, so that's what I did. The speaker is on the driver's side.
The speaker grill is made of plastic and has tabs down the sides. I used a long, thin flat screwdriver to pop it out. You may not get it back on perfectly when you are done. If that's important to you, then you may want to remove the seat instead. You can also use double-sided tape to hold it in.
After removing the grill, I removed the stereo speaker. I used a 7mm socket wrench. The backup speaker is to the right (toward the outside of the car) under the deck. I went into the trunk and pushed out the push pins to remove the speaker. See this site for good pictures: https://imgur.com/gallery/NCr3w
After removing the speaker from its moorings, remove the connector by using a small flat screwdriver to push on the part of the connector showing through where it connects to the speaker.
The replacement speaker came with tape. I found that easier than using the push pins again. I would use double-sided tape if it did not come with it.
The stereo speaker went back in rather easily, then the grill, which is not perfect, but again, I did not have to remove any seats.
have a pressure test done on the box to check for internal faults. Any high pressure leaks will cause heat. check the filter and while the pan is off adjust the bands and clutch packs . Check the radiator cores are not blocked as engine temperature will affect the transmission oil temperature . check oil level as extra oil will cause frothing and over heating.
The positive cable will have a cross symbol on it,,,the negative will have a dash symbol... warning,,,do not get them mixed up,,,remember,,,positive to positive,,,negative to negative,,,if you cross the cables and get sparks,,,one or both of the cars (if your getting a jump from another car) will suffer great damage to the charging system.
