SOURCE: Paper jam - Konica Minolta 5670en tray 1 think paper. I can successfully print 110lb from main tray. When I load in tray 1 , it jams exciting the fuser. Is there something I need to clean or adjust?

I have had a lot of jams because of a little torn paper is in the path of the paper. Need to follow the path. Removing paper just won't fix it. You may need a flash light and a pick sometimes and look in the area of the leading edge of the paper where it stops.

I have Konica Minolta bizhub C353 and the paper keeps getting jammed after several prints. I just cleared code error c-3421 but it keeps getting jammed. Any help.

First Are informing the copier of the proper paper weight
? The paper weight is on the outer wrapping of the paper such as 75 g/m2 or 90 g/m2 etc. did you tell the machine that? Did you select the same weight when you sent the print job over to the machine in your print properties/perferencies ? They have to match! Check the orientation of the paper also ensue they match landscape or portrait? they have to match in the computer also.

Paper jam

when coping or printing? make sure paper is in the tray the way you set it up in the tray settings on the control panel and the driver. paper size, orientation, and media type all make a difference. clean the roller and make sure the lift plate moves freely.

Front cover is placed on front of machine. Should be some tabs near top, or on either side. If not, use finger nails or thin sturdy tool or object to pop open. Should be very little resistance. Don't force it. Should see all the guts of copier or whatever it may be. Usually can see the paper stuck in there. Good idea to unplug and try pulling jammed paper out. Close and restart.

Paper jam in the upper chamber of a minolta Di351f

assure there is no paper in paper path. torn pieces, etc.
there is a exit sensor in the fuser assy(hot section at exit) there are paper seps. at the roller - dont damage the roller. check to see if actuator is block / broken.

Minolta keeps jamming

Hi Daryl, what does the paper look like? Is there a "nick" in the leading edge of the paper or any signs of damage to the paper? Remove it carefully an look, but be careful cause the toner isn't fused yet, so it will get on your hands and clothes.
