What operating system does this smart tv use, android, Google or something else, I can't find it anywhere in the manual

As long as it is an Android based operating system installed the TV from the factory. It must be a "Smart" TV to have it.

If you type "showmax on hisense smart TV" in google it will give you several sites that tell you how to set it up. One claims to only take 2 minutes. Give this a try.
