Turbocharged engines: Correct spark gap: 0.7 - 0.8 mm (0.02 - 0.03 inch)

Use a business card to set the gap and it will go.

The spark plug should be about 0.025" gap. With a fresh plug, the spark should be blue. If fairly weak looking, remove the cover over the flywheel and reset the ignition coil gap. Turn the flywheel magnets to just under the module, insert a thin business card into the gaps, loosen the module screws and let the module contact the magnets through the card. Tighten the screws, then turn the flywheel somewhat to release the card. Turn the flywheel one complete turn to make sure the gaps don't close further. Recheck for hot spark. Check the air filter and muffler for plugging. Hope this helps!

intermittent spark usually caused by failing ignition module in distributor cap, but first check air gap on pick up coil--should be 0.008-0.016 in. (0.2-0.4 mm). If air gap is good, replace module. If air gap is bad, adjust and see if problem resolves.

u mean what the gap is supposed to b set at???? then i would look up a site that is VERY good at what it does.... 650central.com......they have a number u can call too and ask them :)

If u buy plugs from autozone, or any other parts store, they're all ready pre-gapped. don't mess w/ them, and you'll be fine.

if you bought a cam sensor than it should be already set...
