there are two gears that run the changer one on the motor and one on the cartridge. Either one of the gears stripped out, or they got separated. You can do one of two things, if your mechanically inclined you can take it apart and check the gears, or you can take it in and have it fixed.

There is a small 1 1/2 inch O ring style belt that connects the motor to a set of gears. This belt is most likely broken and needs to be replaced.

Most likely the belt is broken. The CD track can be removed by taking a slot screwdriver and gently pushing in the center tabs on any track. With a little patience you will eventually release the track and expose the inside where the motor, gears and belt drive are located.

On the same side were the turning knob is located, all the way down under the base there is a very subtle slot to plug in your cord.

If it is the same drive as the 100 CD model, that power supply (for the 100 CD) is 12VDC 500mA, Center positive. It doesn´t hurt to get a 12VDC 1 Amp. power supply. Any store that sells electronic parts have this adapters, maybe Radio Shack.
