I replace new fuel lines, new primer bulb but i am not sure i connected the fuel lines in the correct place to the carburetor, when i pour cas in the spark plug hole it will start but when i press the primer bulb no fuel is getting into primer bulb what could be the problem and what can i check?

I have no diagram but here are the instructions on how it goes. The small diameter line out of fuel tank (has filter in-tank on end) connects directly to the side of the carburetor that has the fuel pump....that is the cover without the hole in it. Other larger diameter fuel line out of tank connects to the longer nipple on the external purge/primer bulb. The bulb "pulls" fresh fuel from the fuel tank to the carb and then out of the carb to itself, where it then "pushes" any air/old fuel back into the fuel tank. The remaining larger diameter fuel line in this setup goes from the metering chamber (has cover with writing on it and a vent-hole) side of the carburetor to the smaller nipple on the purge/primer bulb. Again, on the primer bulb, the longer nipple has a line going directly from it to the tank. This is the return line. The shorter nipple on the bub has a line from it going to the metering chamber side of the carb. If the purge/primer bulb is on top of the carb...small line from carb body to small hole in tank with filter. Larger diameter line goes from the bulb on the fuel pump side of the carb to the larger hole in the fuel tank where sometimes the line is held in place with a nylon nipple connector that keeps the line from pulling out of the tank. Otherwise, the line should enter the tank for about 1/2" or so.
The primer is just a small pump that is supposed to pull fuel through the carburetor from the tank supply line/fuel filter. The filter is supposed to be connected into the longer line at the rear of the tank. This lines goes to the carburetor uppermost port and the lower port is tied to the inlet side of the primer pump. Remove the tank side line from the pump during the pump test to make sure that you are not pulling fuel into the pump from the exit line. Try pumping fuel at this point--if nothing happens, swap the port connection at the pump and try to pump again--when correct, it will fill the tank supply line first, then the exit line from the carburetor that goes to the pump and finally fill the bulb. If you don't get fuel with either connection, then you have a leaking fuel line somewhere as you have already replaced the carburetor. Most saws use a rubber fuel line, not clear plastic. The primer is just a small pump--it is supposed to draw fresh fuel through the carburetor and expel it back into the tank. There are also just two lines on the carburetor--the upper one should go straight to the fuel tank and filter, the other goes to the intake side of the pump. Just pick a port of the primer (remove the other line for the moment), and try to pump fuel into the bulb (make sure the bulb is not decayed as well)--it should fill with fuel if you have the correct connection--if not, just place the line from the carburetor on the other primer port and try to pump again. If still no fuel, something is plugged in the carburetor or the fuel filter. Hope this helps!
No drawings or pix, but will try for description--the line from the tank that has the fuel filter is the main fuel source which goes to the upper connection on the carburetor. The lower carburetor connection goes to the intake side of the primer bulb, and the outlet side of the primer goes back into the tank, which has no filter inside the tank. The main problem is determining the correct primer port to connect back to the carburetor. When everything is connected, try priming the carburetor. If fuel fills the bulb, you have everything connected correctly. If nothing happens, try switching the two primer port connections and try to pump fuel again. If still nothing, hook the main supply line from the carburetor over to one of the primer ports and try for fuel again--if still nothing, switch the main supply line to the other primer port and pump again. If still nothing, check for a plugged fuel filter in the tank. If the filter was plugged, then go through the previous procedure again. Make sure to replace the fuel lines with original rubber lines, not plastic. Hope this helps!
Leave both primer ports open, then attach the fuel line that feeds the carburetor from the fuel filter to one of the primer ports--pump the primer and if you guessed correctly, it should pump fuel into the primer bulb. That is the primer port that goes to the carburetor output connection. The other primer port connects to a short line that goes back into the fuel tank with no filter. Return the original feed line back to the upper carburetor port. Connect the open primer port to a short line that connects to the carburetor lower port. Be sure to use original rubber lines, not plastic. Hope this helps!
If the saw has a primer bulb, then you require one line from it's output out to the tank return. Another line runs from the carburetor outlet to the primer inlet. Make sure that you use original rubber lines, not plastic replacements. The primer ports are found by trial and error--hook the filtered line directly to one primer port and leave the other port open. If the bulb is in good condition, and correctly connected to fuel, the bulb should fill with fuel after several pumps. If nothing, reverse the port connection at the primer--and pump test again. One of these two connections should allow pumping to occur. When you get pumping, install the tank return line to the empty primer port. Remove the filtered line from the primer and install on the carburetor. A new piece of line runs from the now empty primer port and connects to the output port on the carburetor. If the carburetor lines are correct, you should be able to pump fuel through the carburetor body and out to the primer bulb. If nothing happens, you may need to swap the carburetor lines, and you will likely need to service the carburetor. Hope this helps!
Finding the correct ports on the primer pump are trial and error. Remove the main fuel line from carburetor and place it on one port on the primer (the other port should be left open). Pump it--if correct connection, it should pump fuel from the tank into the bulb. If nothing, place the line on the other primer port and repeat the pumping. One of these two connections should draw fuel from the tank. Install the line that goes to the tank (but no filter inside) on the empty primer port and remove the main line from the primer and connect it back on the carburetor. There is a lower side port on the carburetor that should go to the just-vacated port on the primer. Operate the primer again and it should pull fuel from the fuel filter into the carburetor, through it, and back out to the primer port, then back into the tank. Hope this helps!
Make sure the tank is filled with fresh fuel mix.Try hooking the line that goes to the tank to one of the two primer ports and operate the bulb. If it does not pull fuel in, reverse the connection to the primer and try the bulb again. Once you get fuel into the bulb, move the tank line to the other port. Install a line from the open port on the primer to the open port on the carburetor. Try the primer bulb again, it should pull new fuel from the carburetor if the two connections at the carburetor have not been reversed. This is a kind of 'hit or miss' business when connecting fuel lines that involve the primer bulb. Nothing seems to be marked on the involved parts. Hope this helps
Two lines come from the tank--one with a filter that goes to the carburetor, another with no filter which goes to the output side of the primer bulb and passes pumped fuel back to the tank. Connect only the line with the filter on the end to the primer and pump it. If nothing happens, switch the line to the other port on the bulb and pump again. With fuel mix in the tank, one of these two ports should pull fuel into the bulb. When correct, put the filter-less line on the other port of the bulb. Remove the filtered line from the bulb and hook it to the upper fuel connection on the carburetor. Use another length of fuel line to connect the now open port of the bulb to the other port on the carburetor. If the connections on the carburetor are correct, fuel will fill the bulb after a few pumps. If nothing happens, reverse the two connections at the carburetor and try to pump again. You should see fuel enter the bulb with only the correct connections at the carburetor. Usually, these connections are unidentified and must be found by trial and error. This is also a good reason for replacing only one line at a time! When fuel pumps into the bulb, attempt to start--with luck, the engine will run. Once the engine runs normally, trim the line lengths so that you have no excess line, but don't have sharp bends in any line either--they will eventually kink! Hope this helps!
Check the condition of the primer bulb for hardness or cracking. If ok, remove the line that goes from the bulb back into the tank and try to pump fuel from the carburetor. If nothing, switch the position of the other line at the back of the primer and try to draw fuel again. If hooked correctly, the primer will pull fuel through the carburetor body filling all cavities and into the primer bulb. If still nothing, try switching the lines at the carburetor (it should not pump backwards through the check valves in the pumper chamber). If still nothing, switch the primer connection again. Some combination of line connections should allow fuel to be pumped through. When correct, reconnect the loose primer line to allow fuel to return to the tank. This is a good reason for replacing only one line at a time. Hope this helps!
