I have turned the fridge to zero (lowest setting) and yet it is still freezing the cans at the back, forming ice and frost. I have repeatedly cleaned it out to start again. I keep it full. I have 4 other units of the same model that do not have this problem. I am capable of running tests, and installing/replacing parts. What steps can I take to diagnose/fix before it is time to call in a repair technician? Thank you so much for your help.
