Printers are programmed to reject non-genuine ink tanks and toner cartridges.
Some of them are also designed/programmed to stop working altogether if you fit an aftermarket product and you will have to get a new printer. Most likely you have one of those.
Never use non genuine products. You can try and pull the new genuine OEM toner cartridge out and refit it and see if the machine will reset and recognise it. If not I don't think you are going to get it printing again and you will be up for a new printer..
Follow some of the trouble shooting procedures in the user manual and if none of these work you are probably done with that printer.
Try the following... -Remove the cyan cartridge from your printer and close any open doors. -Turn the printer off. -Turn the printer on again. -Firmly re-install the cyan toner cartridge. This will force your printer to actively look for a new toner and hopefully it will be accepted this time. If the problem remains install the old toner cartridge (if available) to make sure the error disappears.
Assuming it does it would appear there may be a genuine fault with the toner cartridge. If not there is almost certainly a sensor error inside the printer and I would advise contacting Dell (if it is within warranty) or a technician if it is outside of warranty.
This product can be configured to use a metered or non-metered Toner / Print Cartridge. A non-metered machine requires a non-metered cartridge be installed to operate, while a metered machine can accept both a metered or non-metered cartridge to operate.
Make sure the correct cartridge is used for the machine. If you are receiving metered print cartridges but the machine will not accept them, contact your reseller or supplier to ensure that your machine is properly set up as a metered machine, and that the metered PIN has been entered
Make sure you don´t have any stickers on the toner box.
If you sure all paper and stickers are out then reset the nvm values from the device in order to reset the printer information.
The 10.00.00 Supply Memory Error is given when the printer can not read the information on your ink cartridges. This can be common when using non-genuine ink cartridges (non-HP).
Remove and reinsert your ink cartridges. If that doesn't work, try pressing the green button to accept the error and continue.

Its a DELL machine or a Ricoh machine (OEM)??? (Dell make printers??)
Ricoh uses a chip card to activate a cartridge.... Sorry for the bad news... Dont use generic, refurbished, or other type off a "crancked" toner.. Its not ECOLOGIC... the number off machines dead by this type of toner its 10 times more than the normal...
The faking toner harmfull your machine.... NO? NO? see your post... you loose your money.
are you using a dell-branded toner cartridge? if yes, then you should replace the toner cartridge sensor and machine control unit (MCU). if no, you can enable the non-dell toner mode on your printer's operator panel. how? press menu, down until "configure" & press select; down until "maintenance" & press select; down until "non-dell toner" & press select; down until "on" & press select.
CHANGE THE TONER!
TROUBLE BOILS DOWN TO SAME THING BUT!
IF IT IS AN HP OR A REBUILT NON-HP CARTRIDGE THE E-PROM ON THE CARTRIDGE IS BAD OR DROPPED OFF AND THE PRINTER CAN NOT READ IT.
WHAT YOU COULD DO IS TRY TO TAKE THE E-PROM FROM YOU OLD TONER (IF YOU STILL HAVE IT AROUND AND GLUE IT IN PLACE OF YOUR NEW CARTRIDGES E-PROM
