The cubic ft capacity spec on a fridge is measured inside, and varies depending on its design, especially on whether it has an ice maker, although those measurements you give seem to be for a bar fridge or similar.

Your measurements come to 20.3 cu ft on the outside, but remember that is not relevant, you have to measure the dimensions to make sure it fits.

Is there is ICE build up on the freezer floor. If so then your drain line is blocked. If you are not tech savvy then defrost the empty fridge by keeping the both door open at least 10 hour so. This might unplug the drain hole. But if there is dirt in the drain hole this method will not help.

Best way defrost the fridge and access the drain hole and clean it. Make sure not damage the aluminium coil (evaporator) with sharp objects.

Your model is electronic, have you tried to turn the plug off and then switch back on after 10mins..are the lights scrolling?

Possibly need the hinges adjusted.
