How do I get voicemail of a Samsung s6 phone .

I cannot receive calls on my phon as it goes straight to answer phone and I get a voicemail text to say I have had a missed call can't get phonecalls

Samsung Galaxy S6: How to get voicemail (phone calls go direct to voicemail)

Hello.. 2 things we need to address here:

1. How to access voice mail account:

Access VM: Press 1:
Easy way to access your voice message system is to go to the dialer pad on your phone and press down on the "1" key until your voice messaging system announces

or you can dial your phone number to get to your voice mail

2. Change Call Setting, go to:
Dialer > (3 dots) Select Settings > Call > (scroll down) Select More Settings > Call Forwarding > Voice Call > then change to Always Forward (turn off)
