FP have a support site, However CD is not warrantable and is considered a consumable, unless it was a recent purchase and faulted on installation. Proof of purchase is required to have it replaced. Other than that you wiill have to buy another

Photoshop is a highly professional bitmap based color correction, design, and illustration program. Since it's bitmap based it's a memory hog. It's recommended that you check the specs for the software and make sure you have at least the minimal system requirements. For any version of Photoshop you want at least 1G to 2G of RAM.
