Generally the E4 error means that the tub is unbalanced. You either filled the washer unevenly, or you are trying to wash something too heavy or too large. Take everything out of the machine, and then re-arrange it and put it back in. If you are still getting the error, you need to wash less clothes at a time.
Another possibility is that your sensor needs replacing, the sensor that tells you how full the tub is and when it's off balance. For that, you need to call a repairman.

Error E9 means a problem with your water pressure sensor. Check the sensor by pulling the hose attached to the
bottom part of the tub and blow on it and test the terminals of the
sensor if it will close or open.
