When I look to the viewfinder I have a blank screen

Hi, have you tried another memory card in case the other one is faulty ,if the original card is ok then you will have to put into a fuji repairer to inspect. If you are still under guarantee the contact fujifilm.

take the lense cap off

you likely have the setting switched to viewfinder mode, where the screen is turned off, for you to look through the viewfinder to take the shot. Look for it. It's there somewhere.

If that's not it, look in that drawer that has the hammer...

you need to reset the camera some models have a small reset buton where the batter goes into. if not the lcd screen shorted out (happened to my older olympus) and had ssame issue as yours sorry for the bad news

Please try to see through viewfinder ,if the viewfinder also getting blank image,the optical unit of your camera become complaint. give it to service centre it may cost 40-50$

LCD screen is damaged and replacing the lens is the solution for your camera.

Inside the door hinge area is a small switch that normally would turn off the viewfinder and turn on the LCD panel. THat switch could be defective or mechanically not being switched. WIthout opening up the unit, I can not tell specifically. This shouldbe a simple repair for any shop that repairs cameras.

When the LCD screen is open the viewfinder will switch of and when it is closed the viewfinder will switch on. You can switch between the two by pressing Monitor select button to the left of the Eyepiece (Viewfinder). as you look at the back of the camera.

Is the battery dead? Try taking it out and charging it, then put it back into the camera.

Also, you can try using another battery of the same type.

sounds like the LCD screen viewfinder may have been twisted or accidentally catched or got hooked or snagged on on something at one stage and pulled something, if the screen went yellow it means the three wires going to it are possibly broken or the small white clip was slowly coming undone inside the Viewfinder for the red and green to no longer work to complete the image also indicates why the buttons on the viewfinder are not responding, try twisting the viewfinder very lightly whilst on, but most likely the small white clip holding the wires has come off at the elbow inside the camera
