Although operation forced to stop when abnormality detected, emergency operation is possible for certain errors (refer to Error Codes Table) by using remote controller or Auto Switch at indoor unit. However, the remote controller signal receiving sound is changed from one "beep" to four "beep" sounds.

The garage door will open with the remote but will not shut with the remote and the light blinks you can shut the door by holding the button on the wall until it completely closes. This is a 3 door garage...

If the main light flashes 10 times when the door reverses it is a door sensor problem. Make sure the sensors are pointed at one another and the small light on each sensor is lit and not flickering. If you cannot get both lights on you have bad sensors.

Door will not close with remote.

The code you are seeing with 5 blinks is "RPM sensor or motor overload." We can eliminate the motor overload because the door is trying to close. The RPM sensor is a small printed circuit board just in front of the motor. It's a snap to replace and is available at any good door opener company. They will know exactly what you are talking about if you ask for an RPM sensor board.
