No you have a real problem here. No such means exists, what good would the lock be if a way to bypass the combinations was known,

This is going to take a factory reset on your device. power off remove your SD card then remove the battery if you can? some new devices don't have that option, now while "powering on" at the same time hold "volume down" (I think that is the toggle combination) if not that info is right at your finger tips, search your model & "reset recovery toggle combination" this will set your device back to factory default,, it might take several try's to get the reset menu to pop up, but it should take care of the problem, best wishes i hope it works for you!
