What kind of watch winder do I need for this watch

Beautiful Winder... (BUT RELAX)

It does not NEED to move constantly...
only enough the change position to allow the
self wind weight. to move a little... GENTLY.

Just like the normal movement of a PILOT...
HOLDING the controls steady...
(NOT cheerleaders)

Working as it should.

Self winding watches need motion ( wrist twist) without they can stop. Sometimes just shake your wrist for a few seconds. I purchased a winder box for times I don't wear. ( Amazon)!
it is belt driven winder, rotates watch 5 minutes every hour.

There are four modes for our Executive Collection of Watch Winders (TM and SM series):

Mode 1 (both switches with the O pressed in): rotates for 180 seconds on then 12 minutes off.
Mode 2 (first switch with the O pressed in, second switch with the I pressed in): rotates 180 second on then 15 minutes off.
Mode 3 (first switch with the I pressed in, second switch with the O pressed in): rotates 180 seconds on then 18 minutes off, then 180 seconds in the opposite direction.
Mode 4 (both switches with the I pressed in): rotates 180 seconds on then 24 minutes off.

For switching winding direction:
I pressed in will wind clockwise
II pressed in will wind counter clockwise
Neither pressed in will turn the winder off

*Please note that the CW and CCW settings do not apply when the winder is set to Mode 3 as this mode winds in both directions.

there should be a plastic tab behind the winder pull it out and push the winder in then it will start running

I'm guessing it's a Fully Automatic watch,which if worn all day should store enough 'kenetic energy'without manual winding!! You can buy watch winders on eBay that constantly move the watch when your not wearing it to keep it wound up!!

Depends on what kind of parts you are talking about. Depending on the popularity of the style, styles can change constantly. I would contact Bulova direct at the following link:

Some winders need to be unscrewed (its a water resistance feature).

Try turning the winder anticlockwise about a quarter of a turn or so.

(Don't forget to screw it back in when you have finished!)

If you're supposed to swing it, that means it's an automatic or kinetic watch and it charges it's battery using an internal winder that moves as the watch moves. Try wearing it for a while, being mindful of moving your hand, or if that doesn't work try using a watch winder. If none of that works it probably needs a new movement. Take it to your dealer to submit for warranty.

Use a winder if you must but I recommend just winding and setting when you want to wear them as most winders I have seen are very cheap and unreliable. Expect up to 50 hours from most watches usually not less than 30, this is if the have recent< 5 years, overhaul.
