How do you attach the stand to LG42PC3D? - LG 42PX5D 42 in. Plasma HDTV

Panasonic flat panel televisions are packaged with a small television stand that users can attach to place the television on a flat surface. Some users, after attaching the stand, would prefer to hang the television on a wall instead. If the stand is still attached to the Panasonic TV, you cannot hang the television on the wall. Remove the stand from the TV to hang it on a wall.
Step 1
Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet and lay the television, screen down, on a towel. The towel helps prevent damage to the screen. Step 2
Remove the four retaining screws that secure the stand from the bottom of the television using the Phillips screwdriver. Step 3
Slide the stand out of the television. Place the stand and the screws in a safe place in the event you change your mind and decide to set up the television on the stand again. The television is now ready for hanging on a wall.

The TV must have come with some brackets or screws that you need to screw at the four silver screw holes then attach the TV to the stand.

Should be 4 screws that hold the stand into place. There is usually either a difference in the screws or some other identifier at the screw hole that differentiate from the other screws.

They should have come with the TV. Sometimes they are screwed into the place where they attach the stand to the TV. Sometimes in a small bag with the stand or with the remote.

I would be checking the power supply first for bad electrolytic caps that are bad, very common on that set.

They are mainly for removing seeds from fruits and vegetables.

If there was a loud pop then it would appaer a fuse has probably blown either on power supply especially if there is no indicator light showing. If you are getting the red stand by light then possibly a different fuse on the sustain board has blown. You would need to remove the rear cover & check any of the fuses. Most likely if they have blown something more serious has occured to cause & replacing the fuse will result in it blowing straight away.
