Don't add an extention cord to an extention cord! Buy a 100' 14/4 extension cord and tie the end to the fence so it won't come un plugged. If the plug keeps popping out of the short cord at the blower, wrap the cord around the handle to prevent disconnection.
This is not recommended, microwave oven's draw a lot of current when they are running, any extention cord joins will get hot causing a potential danger for fire.
Its not to hard to do .Most tensioners have a slot in the front of them that you can put something into .I like to use a 3/8s short extention it fits nicely in the slot . Then put the scocket wrench on the extention with the end of the extention in the slot and push the arm with the pulley that is spring loaded towarred the center of the engine. At this point the belt will be vary loose and lifted off easly just make sure you remember how it goes back on you may want to snap a picture or two of the routeing of the belt. Then remove the bolt or bolts that hold the tensioner to the block its uasuly one bolt . Then put the new tensioner on makeing sure and guide pins on the back of it are in the the correct hole and it sits flush to the mount .Install your bolt depress the spring again towarred the engine and reroute the belt .Its a 20 minute job
Look at the front of the tensionor you;ll see a squre hole in the front of it take a 3/8ths socket wrench with a short extention on it now socket the end of the extention will fit into the square hole push against the spring tenisition back to the engine it will move and belt will come off
there may be a problem with fan motor, but i believe your problem may be the rotory switch that controlls voltage to fan motor,to check this pull knobs off front ,then remove filter from back, there are 4 screws in bottom of case remove these, pull unit out carefully .there are 5 wires conected to unit ,two for fan 2 for on off switch,1 for ground just what wires go were, then disconnect wires from there posts, and pull unit out of box, find the two wires that go fan, snip wires that go to the circiut board leaving enough space to rewire after test get extention cord and snip off to make direct plug to fan to wall connect extention to the two wires from the fan motor and wire nut or tape so no short, pug extention cord into wall outlet if fan runs on a high rpm or max power, then your rotory switch is no good and you can install an external rotory switch on side of unit,if fan does not run any faster then your fan motor needs replaced, let me no if you need more help
Hello. I can help you. For safety use a piece of galvanized duct pipe, of the correct diameter and clamps. These are common items available at most any hardware store.
Adding on with more plastic hose is a fire hazard.
you best bet for that much wire needed would be to go out to eather wal-mart or radio shack and get a spool of speaker wire normaly the mid range wire is a good bet for home use
The desktop provides a short cut (link) to the working file. This link has a set of properties which you can view by right cliking on the icon. The target field should look familular to you with regards to the file you want excel to open. Closely study the detail of the file's location and extention. You can modify anything you see that needs correcting in the target field. I could continue but I would be giving you a list of what if's. If I were a betting man I would bet on the need to correct the extention. If all else fails then create a new short cut and ditch the old one. KE5UYX
