Have you tried deleting the item through a web-based client instead of mail or some other email client on your mac? This has worked for me in the past.

How to remove Run DLL Error on Startup

We normally face this problem that an error pops up whenever it wants
.
This normally happens because of some scheduled tasks in the operating system that you are unaware of .

Install Autoruns let it scan then find the exact path (as in your first post) and delete it. Reboot and see if you get the error message.

In order to scan these unattended , hidden tasks , please follow the below mentioned link to scan the Windows Sysinternals . And the file which is showing the error mostly shows up highlighted in yellow colour so its easy to identify .

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx

Extract and run the application .

Delete the file that you get in Yellow Colour by the error and delete it .
Restart your computer and see if the problem is resloved .....

To Reboot or recovery from CD/DVD problem with OS "Aser"

If you don't press the Alt+F10 key combination or use the recovery CDs, can you get into Windows? Boot with the recovery CDs in. When at the Acer logo during POST, press the F12 key. Then, select boot off CD or DVD. Alternatively, you can enter the BIOS by pressing the F2 key at the Acer logo and go to the Boot tab. There, you can set the CD/DVD drive as the first item in the boot order.
When turning your laptop on, before Windows starts booting, a splash screen appears first (usually with the logo of the manufacturer). Look on the splash screen (usually at the bottom) for a key (usually F10 or F11), assigned for System Recovery. Some manufacturer(s) (e.g. HP) place the recovery files to a hidden (mostly) partition of the hard drive, the others give a Recovery CD/DVD with the laptop.
or
  1. Press the start button from the start menu depending on your operating system(win 2000,xp)
  2. Press Ctrl+Alt+delete combination from the keyboard.
  3. If you have a power button on your laptop keyboard,it could also be useful by pressing and hold it down for few seconds

N.B: "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" can exit you from usage and trigger a reboot
or Shutdown. Try and reboot using the operating system. Attempt to use the key combination that will allow you to exit from the operating system and restart the laptop. Be patient, as it may take some time if it has locked up. Hold down the power button. If the operating system's answer to the rebooting will not work, find and hold down the power button of the laptop. This should cause the device to shut itself off. You'll have to press the power button again to power it back on, completing the reboot.
Unplug from the wall and remove the battery. If restarting via the operating system and the power button do not work, unplug the laptop from the wall outlet, and remove the battery from the laptop. This will cause it to power off immediately. Allow time to reboot. Give the laptop time to cool down before you power it back on if you had to do this manually.A few seconds should do unless you have additional problems.

All the Best!

How to delete operating system .

When deleting the operating system you have to have a restore disc or the master disc for an Operating System to be re-installed again. You will then have to insert the Operating System disc in the drive and then restart select boot from CD or DVD whichever you have on your lap top then you will have to format the drive with this disc it all should just do it for you select complete install. This will wipe files currently on the hard drive and enable you to restore your machine back to its original condition as you purchased it.
You computer should be by default to boot from CD ROM first boot. If not get to the BIOS press F2 when the system first boots it will take you to the BIOS then set in the BOOT order as first boot being CD or DVD first boot and hard disc second boot. Then restart and have the Operating System Disc in. If you do not have an operating system disc that came with your computer you can get one from Dell just order it and use this disc. Do not try to install just the basic Windows because Dell has all of their drivers installed on their restore discs and you will play heck trying to get the drivers. Unless you have a legal copy of Win 7 go ahead and go for it then. Making sure to be online when installing Win 7 so that it can seek driver files during the installation.
I hope this assisted you. Thanks for using FixYa for all your questions. John

I want to restart or reset my laptop. how?

Hi,

Few steps to restart you laptop, I would suggest not to restart often since it will degrade the hardware resource.
  • Determine what operating system it uses. Finding out what operating system your laptop uses will let you know what key combo (such as "Ctrl+Alt+Delete") can exit you from usage and trigger a reboot or shutdown.
  • Try and reboot using the operating system. Attempt to use the key combination that will allow you to exit from the operating system and restart the laptop. Be patient, as it may take some time if it has locked up.
  • Hold down the power button. If the operating system's answer to the rebooting will not work, find and hold down the power button of the laptop. This should cause the device to shut itself off. You'll have to press the power button again to power it back on, completing the reboot.
  • Unplug from the wall and remove the battery. If restarting via the operating system and the power button do not work, unplug the laptop from the wall outlet, and remove the battery from the laptop. This will cause it to power off immediately.
  • Allow time to reboot. Give the laptop time to cool down before you power it back on if you had to do this manually.
Else Try:

Windows start > there's a small arrow(pointing RIGHT) in the left bottom > click it and u will get ALL the Power House Options there at your Click(sleep, hibernate, shut down,RESTART,....)

I just put in new batteries. I just hit the on button... nothing happened. It wasn't woking before so I thought the batteries were dead.

Hello,
Here is what the TI knowledge base says about a calculator failing to turn on

For the TI-Nspire™ Family:
  1. Remove thekeypad (for TI-Nspire) or the battery door (for TI-Nspire CAS) andremove at least 1 battery from each column of batteries. After 2-5seconds, reinsert the batteries and turn the unit on. This will causethe unit to reboot the operating system.
  2. Remove the keypad(for TI-Nspire) or the battery door (for TI-Nspire CAS) and remove atleast 1 battery from each column of batteries. After 2-5 seconds, reinsert the batteries and LEAVE THE UNIT OFF (do not turn on and thenback off). Hold down [Home] [Enter] [P], and while holdingthese keys, press [On]. The device will boot up as in the previousreset, but will display a menu with the following options. Please tryoptions 1, 2, 3, and 4 in that order. ** The [Home] key is located atthe top right of the TI-Nspire keypad and has a picture of a house onit.
Note:TI-Nspire family model options 2 and 4 above require that the OS be installed. The reset menu will only display if the unit is off and batteries have been removed/replaced as described above.

1. Cancel - The most non-intrusive reset option; no changes are made, the unit restarts.
2. Delete Operating System – The operating system will be deleted without deleting any documents.
3. Delete Document Folder Contents – This will delete the user’s documents, but will not delete the OS.
4. Complete Format – This will delete the OS and all documents for a total erase of memory.

Hope it helps you solve the problem.

CD/DVD drive doesn't work

try removing the drive from the laptop, then go into the device menu and delete the drive. Restart. Shutdown again and insert the drive, restart - it should show a "new device" recognized. If it doesn't, the drive may just have failed. I've had it happen to a dell drive - it just doesn't see the drive at all.
