Can a Dell monitor M1110 be used with a Power Mac G3?

i have a problem with my neo m1110..
my neo laptop cant detect my wifi but others like cellphone or other laptop can detect it and they can connect.

The G3 iMac, to my knowledge, does not support an external monitor.

Some models of G3 iMac have an external display connector under the rear belly plate. Connect a monitor to this connector. If that monitor shows your desktop, your main CRT is blown. The cost of replacing a CRT in this model is almost certainly more than the residual value of the machine.

You plug the keyboard into the usb socket, unless the dell keyboard is a usb one you will not be able to use it.

It will only read devices connected unless there is a problem with the scsi port. Also be aware early scsi needed termination to be read.

If the Dell keyboard is a USB keyboard you can use it with a Mac. Just plug it into one of the Mac's USB ports. The keys are different (the Dell doesn't have the special Mac symbols so you'll have to get used to which keys do what) but it will work. (In fact I'm using a generic USB keyboard on my eMac here at work.)

If the Dell keyboard is a standard PS/2 style round plug you're out of luck. There's no place to plug in that style keyboard on a Mac.

Look for them on eBay. You can do it.

Has the hard drive been replaced yet? Computer hard drives have a 4 year average life. the last g3 shipped in 2002.................The G3 ibook was also infamous for bad logicboards or separated GPUs. Check
