Your thermocouple is reading high, which could be a multitude of factors. We'll go through them from easy to hard:
First, check your dryer vents and make sure they are clean and that you have proper air flow coming in and out of the dryer.
Next, make sure that your motors in your dryer aren't running too hard (check for how easy it is to rotate the drum and the fans when the dryer is off).
If you're still facing problems, try cleaning your heating element, and finally replace the temperature sensor. If none of those things work, you're facing an internal computer issue which isn't likely user serviceable.
