TO RESET THE MACINE PRESS THE ORANGE BOTTON (C),PRESS THE BOTTON UNDER THE AUTO DENSITY LIGHT,RETURN TO THE FIRST ORANGE BOTTON THEN THE AUTO DENSITY BOTTON, YOU HAVE TO BE FAST WHEN PRESSING THE BOTTONS, ALL THE LIGHT ON THE DISPLAY WILL GO OFF THEN PRESS 14 AND PRESS THE GREEN PRINT BOTTON,THE MACHINE WILL RESET AND START TO WORK, BUT IF THE PROBLEM COUNTNUE CHANGE THE FUSER UNIT.
First of all check whether there is sufficient battery charge to run the laptop. If not you have to charge the battery so that you can start the laptop.

go in contact wit EG customer service or the store u bought the washing machine and tell them ur problem,,, make sure u have power on ur power outlet and it is switched on,,,,,
boot your computer in safe mode and in display properties>Screensaver>Power tab>Advance>
"When i press the power botton on my computer " select "do nothing" and " when i press the sleep botton on my computer " select "do nothing"......
then press ok and apply then restart your computer in normal mode it will work
