"the E:01 indicates a door lock error, make sure the door is closing tightly, you also may have a loose connection on either the door latch assembly or the control board, if these check out replace the latch assembly."
Since you've already replaced the mechanism then it seems possible a loose -connection- may be your problem. If you've already checked all this, please post back.
E27 means there is a problem with the door lock. Unplug the machine for 5 minutes and try again. If the error code returns you will need to replace the door lock assembly.

Even if you do not realise it most people lean on the door as they open it, to rectify with the door open but almost in the closed position lift the door by pulling up on the door catch end, this will straiten the hinge, very common problem
