Why is there no audio, no video?

Could use more info here. Consult your manual, but in order to on screen program any HT, you must first have it properly hooked up to your TV, change the input (source) on your remote to HT and then access the audio and video screens to make the proper settings you choose.

Sound card may be bad

make sure u got the rite plugs 4 the unit 2 work check the inputs an out puts 2 c if u r color rite. audio is red white blue green black there r differnt ones make sure u rite

what is wrong with the VGA output? the connector? no display? please clarify

For a 2nd gen iPod touch you need to go into settings and turn on the video output.

I can only find the user manual. I can also find a little commentary from another website. Perhaps the manufacturer can be of assistance. Or someone in the Cavs forum (listed at the top of the website page) can be of assistance.

my cavs203g video out put doesnt work and dont have remote

It was pretty tricky without instructions but trial & error brought me to a successful resolution. This machine comes from the factory set to connect directly to a television with supplied RCA cable. Do that before you connect to a VGA monitor. Using the remote control, press setup and then go into "preferences" and look around for "video" and then to "VGA". Once you click "VGA" the TV screen goes frighteningly blank. The next obvious step is to hook it to the VGA cable and VGA monitor. If your computer is also hooked up and on to the monitor there is no karaoke picture. Shut off or disconnect computer and presto, there it is. <br>

u wann put pc on tv use vga cables have tv that ready for it s video out on video cards wont do it
