I have an old Oster regency kitchen center as well. It was handed down without an instruction manual and I only know how to use the blender option. It came with a juicer, meat grinder and food processor that I can't figure out how to hook up and I can't find a model number on any of them.

Oster regency kitchen center meat grinder attachment

What exactly are you having problems? Setting up the grinder? The hopper inserts into the back side of the mixer head locks in place with a set screw. Then insert the piece that looks like an auger push it all the way back. next, comes the four blade knife it looks like this " + " if look at the center of the blade you will notice a square hole on one side place that side towards the auger. Then there are your grinder attatchments I only have two,one coarse, one fine. place one of them against the blades placing the tabs in the cutouts on the discharge end. mext there is a large metal cap thread this on the discharge. Set the control to grind and the speed to 10. You are set to go. cut the meat into strips or chunks that will fit down the infeed and use the plastic plunger to push them into the auger.
