Power is red, status is flashing green
The ballast for the bulb is the culprit. That is the circuit board directly wired to the bulb. You can get a replacement on line at:

first did you getthe lamp from miths and if notyou could have bought a bad lamp. you need to get a lamp form mits if you did not buy from them. if you did buy from mits have them replace the lamp it has a 90 day warranty. try hitting the menu and device / input buttons for 5 sec and repost the blink code. it is a 2 digits blink code. (ex. 23 or 33 or 26 like that)

SOURCE: status indicator flashes 3 short times, then one long red flash
Once the status light blinks 3 times, this is an indication that there's a problem with the lamp. The lamp may need a replacement.
If you replace the lamp, but get the same problem, check the inverter board.
If you're not sure where the inverter board is, then you may need to contact a pro for your safety.
Good luck and have a good evening!
