Hi Geno, I have the same problem. Reading previous answers it seems we need to remove the sparkplug, insert a bit of rope gently in to block the motor and once blocked the nut on the fan/impeller can be undone. I'm going to give this a try on mine. Recommend we both proceed with caution, mate! Good luck!
Remove the bottom of the blower or vac and see if any blades are broken on the plastic fan blade, known as an impeller. If a blade is sheared off, this could be the source of your noise and shaking. This part will need to be replaced. I've just ordered one and will be replacing mine when it comes in.
That blower vacuum is very easy to operate if you have all the pieces. You need the tubes to blow, you need the larger tub to vacuum and if you want also a bag to attach to the bigger tube. The bigger tube has to be attached at the opposite part of the machine and once you turn it on it will vacuum.
