first do a good cleaning as the manual describe.
check water supply and if still the problem, check power to cutter grid
should be 9 volts all the time
This unit work on the thermostat. When the temperature gets between 10 - 15 degrees it will satisfy the control then turn the compressor off and icemaker will advance. If the control is set too cold then it will never satisfy the control. 1st make sure the thermostat is at the warmest setting. When the compressor cycles off look to see if the icemaker is advancing. If no then replace the control.
Your ice maker may be out. You CAN do this yourself. Do you clean it twice a year with nickel safe im cleaner? That's a great way to keep it in good working order. We have parts if you would like to contact us. Should you get your parts from us, we will provide instructions for you. Hope this helps!
Ground fault should not be used when you have a compressor plugged to it. The start amps can trip a ground fault. You can try to plug the unit on a regular outlet and if it doesnt trip the breaker then unit should be good. You can try to replace the ground fault if you need it (but make sure you have a higher amperage on the new one.)
not familuar with the brand but sounds like one of 2 issues
if it is overfilling making ice cubes larger than normal, adjust the ice maker fill time if it is possible
icemaker fills and cuts off but water valve seeps water after the fill causing the water overfill
one of the 2
