Good luck with that. As soon as these sets go out of production, so do most of the parts associated with them. You would be better served to get a TV table stand that uses a wall-mount-style backer. That way you get the tabletop mount and the extra security of knowing it won't get knocked over easily. Something like this....
Not sure whether you can get replacement under warranty if the TV fell off and was damaged. If it was wall mounted and the bracket broke or collapsed you could claim from the bracket supplier or the installer. But if it was on a stand sitting on a table and was knocked down then there is not much that can be done.
Best to call the place from where you purchased the TV and ask what they say.
