That yellow triangle icon means the battery is completely depleted or perhaps has a faulty connection. Try charging it overnight with the correct charger. If the situation remains the same you need to either replace the battery or, if you're lucky, you can check/clean the battery connection. Keep in mind that some tablets don't make it easy to do that.
Check the output of the charger to make sure its actually working, if it is most likely the battery connector inside the unit is bad, or the battery is bad.
When you have the charger plugged into the tablet and wall outlet does the triangle change to a lighting bolt if it doesn't change try a different changer either the charger or charging port or charging cable might be bad
Ifthe laptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall.
ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time.
Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.
