If you don't know these passwords, then I don't think there is any way to unlock it. But reformatting your hard drive and reinstalling an operating system will fix this, and it will allow you to reset your own passwords. Hope this helps. If you don't wish to do it this way, then contact your computer's manufacturer and sk them for help; or you can also google the problem that you are having, and see if any solutions come up. Thanks

Three obvious options
1. call your network provider (ask if they can provide you with the password) or
2. contact the person who sold this to you (if they cannot provide the password report them on ebay)
3. take it to a phone shop that can unlock it (easiest option)

There are a lot of Windows password revealers and crackers available, but I’ve found that Windows Password Recovery Tool is the most effective.:

You can use the ISO to burn a boot CD. Follow these instructions:
1. Download ISO file from http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com Windows Password Recovery Tool
2. Burn to a CD using a CD burning tool such as Nero or Roxio or MagicISO
3. Insert CD into drive and reboot.
4. You may have to select an option in the BIOS to get the computer to boot from the CD.
Booting up and clearing a password takes a minute or two works like a charm.
