Hi. I just replaced the HV board with part #W10310240. The lights are now flashing an error code PE0 000 Can anyone advise me now?

There is an error in the high-voltage output to the separation charging assembly.
An error (leakage) to the high-voltage output to the separation charging assembly is detected.
Check if the transfer charging assembly and separation charging assembly are mounted properly. - Check if the connector (J722, J723, J730, J734) of the HV-DC PCB and the connector (J741, J742) of the HV-AC PCB are mounted properly. - Replace the HV-AC PCB. - Replace the separation charging assembly. - Replace the pre-transfer charging assembly. Inspect foil side of HV board for burned tracks toward lower side of board. If burned, check HV capacitors (High Voltage Capacitor Test Procedure) and HV transformers (High Voltage Transformer Test) for a short. Otherwise test other components as outlined above.
Solution: Replace defective components as necessary. If applicable, repair foil trace on HV board.

The cause is a shorted control board and this unit will require a new one to function correctly part number W10310240 this is the number for the information you provided. Normally the run number is an issue but all 12 of the model numbers use this board. Good Luck

Hi, This is mainly due to control panel failure. This unit does not ventfrom the front like most do, so there needs to be some clearance above the top of the tub to avoid blocking the vent fan, otherwise moisture gets trapped in the machine and works it's way into the control panel eventually..

Carefully remove control console, then control board. Take note of which connector came from which terminal! Balance sensor is located under control board. Remove with care. Check that little button (size of pen top or pencil lead) is moving in & out freely. It is spring loaded. If it sticks, replace it. Hope this helps.
