Fatal error: Call to undefined function Desk_UserExists() in /home/mdfadmin/public_html/home/scripts/support.php on line 13?

This looks like a failed program trying to load.

Looks like an older system, maybe XP or Vista for a OS ?

Try booting into safe mode

Tag the failed program and remove it from your loading programs

Script error on every window i open

This sounds like a browser set-up error, not anything to do with magicjack.com. Check with www.google.com to see if it also fails.

After updating check you do not have old versions of Flashplayer, Shockwaveplayer and Java running alongside the latest - this can cause conflicts
Start / control panel / programs
delete any old versions

First let me explain. Each browser handles scripts (the stuff that make up web pages and stuff) differently. You have Notify Me of Script Errors turned "ON" on your computer, so you will be notified of every error or warning - even if it works fine.

FIX: To fix this, Go to your Control Panel (START > Control Panel) and, in Classic View (you can find that on the left panel), click Internet Options. In the tabs on the top, click "Advanced", and then find the category "Browsing". CHECK "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer), and "Disable Script Debugging (Other)". UNCHECK "Display a notification about every script error".

Click OK, and then messenger should work fine. If it does it again, restart your computer, then it will work fine.

Windows me

Download & install the Microsoft scripting engine(s) to see if that corrects the problem. You can get it here:
