If you are lucky, it's just a bad connection between the display panel and its controller board. To fix it, you would have to disassemble the display to the point where you can gently massage the connection on the panel or on the controller board attached to the back of the panel. It is possible there is a failure on the display controller board or on the LCD itself. If that is the case, you probably need a new display panel. If the unit is under warranty, this is a warranty service item.

Need inner screen scatch remove solution
Not to be the person with bad news.
But it is more than likely you have at some point cracked the screen, that is the only way it can get a scratch on the inside.
If you can take to a computer repairer they will confirm if you have and will probably need to replace the screen.
Cost I am not shore but can not see it being cheap.

Blue screen &line
Remove any new hardware. This is the usual cause of "Blue Screen". If this doesn't work, you will need to make a note of the code on the screen. It will be a line of letters, numbers and an "x" in it somewhere. Enter this into a search engine such as Google or Yahoo. The likely cause will be shown.

Are you talking about the camera's LED screen, or your computer monitor screen?
Anyway, the Olympus SP-800uz camera has 4:3 image sizes and widescreen 16:9.
Just set your camera to the size you need to get your images shown fullscreen.
An alternative is to use a graphic (or tool) program that is able to crop your images.

i think your vertical IC ( if vertical lines are shown) / horizontal IC ( if horizontal lines are shown) of your monitor has damaged. you may contact a mechanic and change the corresponding IC

well, your camera's LCD has a dead row of pixles you cant fix that, you can try ignoring it, and if yo cant ignore it, then a specialist can probably replace the LCD

Generally the problem is caused due bad LCD inverter cable. Kindly run the LCD diagnostics
How to Run diagnostics
1. Shut down the computer
2. Disconnect the AC adapter and Battery
3. Press the power button for 10 sec.
4. reconnect both AC adapter and battery
5. Press FN key+ power button
6. Follow the screen prompts.

If the LCD problem is shown in diagnostics your screen would have to be replaced.

Line on screen
If the line is always present regardless of what is being shown on screen, it is a line of dead pixels. This can be caused by leaving the laptop on for a long while, especially without a screen saver.
