Follow my steps:
Step1:Download Windows Password Reset from http://www.windowspasswordreset.net and install it.
Step2:Burn Windows Password Reset ISO file to CD/DVD,or USB.
Step3:Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows Password.

You have been hacked i suspect. Close the account and open a new one.

I had the same problem with my FishElite 642, a reset cured it.

Take out the battery and press the reset button.

go to settings Reset all -- > erase all
it takes 2 - 3hrs to reset the phone to Original .. once it got fixed try to Jailbreak with redsn0w

There is a lock/light key at bottom left hand corner of buttons hold that down until it beeps and the buttons should be unlocked
