There is no data on this. I found this though, and it sounds like removing the batteries, or the motherboard battery would probably reset it.

As far as I am aware there is no such thing as a Factory Reset Code otherwise every burglar in the world would be using it. You can ask Sentry Safe, but they charge and you need a signed affidavit that the safe is yours, and the serial number, BUT your husband has changed it.

You can use the key to open it, they all have a key in case the battery goes flat.

Or you can just open it with a rare earth puck magnet. They are not at all secure!

Try turning the handle in the direction to open the safe as far as it will go , then hold the handle in this position (against the stop) firmly. Slap the top of the safe very hard.

I have to assume a couple things here. First - I assume he still has a remote. Second - You want to change the opener so that his remote will not work and not just the keypad outside the garage. So.

To change the opener so that none of the existing remotes and the keypad will work just locate the smart/learn button on the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. You may have to remove a light lens to get to it. Press and hold this button for 6 seconds. That erases the memory. Now you need to program your remotes. Hold the button down on the remote and then press and immediately release the smart/learn button. Do this for each remote you have.

Now the keypad. Press and immediately release the smart/learn button. Walk over to the keypad and key in any 4 digit code you want and press enter.

That's it.

If you are trying to open your mails but your husband account is opening then it means your husband has keep his mail account as "Keep Signed in". To open your account first you have to "Sign Out" your husband account. Sign out option is at the top right corner of the mail page. After sign out your husband account enter your email and password and sign in your account and open the mail of request code sent by Facebook. Your problem will be solved.
