Sorry to hear that the drain is clear and not the problem, some of the other things that cause that water are;
Freezer door gasket...is it curled up in the corners espicially on the hinged side so air is leaking in and condensating resulting in water
The tube that send water into the icemaker is partially frozen so when water enters the icemaker it's being sprayed and dripping to the bottom(if thats the case ice would probably be built up all over the freezer)
The door for the ice dispenser isn't fully closing and will cause condesation just like the door gasket would
Your problem is possibly one of two things. The ice maker is leaking or the defrost tray behind the rear panel inside freezer back wall is clogged with ice or something else. If you know its not the ice maker unplug the refrigerator and remove the back panel to see if the drain is blocked there, Let me know, Sea Breeze
good attempt, its actually a clogged drain thats backing up and your drain water is not able to leave refrig so it falls to bottom of freezer floor and eventually out the door. romve the items from the freezer and take the lower back wall off form inside, directly under the evaporator under all that ice there is a drain hole, youll need to clear that hole of iec( pouring boiling water down until you get a free flow of water then you can reassemble uint problem solved
check the lever in the ice bin. if it is stuck in the up position it thinks the ice bin is full and will not make ice. Just wiggle it to the down position.
Is there ice build up under the bottom basket in the freezer??
sounds like the defrost drain is frozen up. especially since your cleaning up once or twice a day. simply defrost the drain and flush the drain line with warm water. you will likely have to remove the freezer cover inside the freezer compartment to do this.
if there is no ice build up under the baskets then its likely there is a leak in the water line for your water dispenser line that runs in the door. if thats teh case you will most likely need a service company to fix it for you..
