You might be able to upgrade the OS to KitKat 4.4 but are unlikely to be able to update it beyond. However, whatever gains you get in performance will pale next to sudden restrictions you find on SD card access. Android Central has users up in arms about SD card issues regarding the KitKat and Samsung. If the apps you like run under JellyBean, I'd not bother to update the OS. Other may choose to root the device.
Hi if you're tablet is a 2012 model it will not work with the Android 6.0 marshmallow update......Go to Google search type in HOW TO INSTALL ANDROID 6.0 MARSHMALLOW on your Nexus tablet,..... Cheers
Sure you have enough internal memory? If you use an (mini / macro) SD card, you have to install different. On Android 4.x and up it must be possible to install on the SD card, but it could be you need to s something extra. If your tablet is not on 4.1 or higher, please first update the tablet, and se how to install on the external memory.
