SOURCE: i have a tunturi t60 and it as stopped working and says data transfer error on display

Dear Sir:
LUBE inmediately the machine, the problem is lack of maintenance, maybe you have deck belt worn, that produce enough friction and by consequence shut down the machine.

2) Lube the rollers bearing in according with the instr.manual schedule.

3) Measure the voltage motor, if there are voltage the motor need repair or replace.

4) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT voltage the board is faulty.

5) Run the software calibration for diagnose, and troubleshooting.

See my personal tips for help.

sincerely. God bless you.

Tunturi T60 treadmill problems with the PSC

The PSC (Power Supply Control) error message on a Tunturi T60 treadmill typically indicates a problem with the power supply or the control board.
Here are some things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Make sure that the treadmill is properly plugged in and that the outlet is functioning properly.
  2. Check the fuse or circuit breaker and replace it if necessary.
  3. Inspect the power cord for any damage or fraying and replace it if necessary.
  4. Check the control board and wiring for any damage or loose connections and repair or replace them as needed.
If the problem persists, it may be best to consult the user manual or contact Tunturi customer support for further assistance.
If you are unsure about troubleshooting or repairing the treadmill, it's recommended to have a professional fix it to avoid any injury or damage.

Put a new spider and put it all back together have no power at all change the front board and change the board coming into the electric still nothing It’s an LG model number WM 20 101HW

I'm sure you double checked, but I have forgotten to plug the connectors from the control back together before putting the top back on. Seems obvious but I've done it more than once. Good luck. (And make sure your house breaker isn't tripped)
