It is stuck at the Zeki logo boot screen and the power & volume button button to reset and also holding the reset button dose not work.

try to set it back to factory.
press and hold the "Volume Up", "Home", and "Power" buttons.
Release the buttons when you see the recovery screen and the Samsung logo.
Use the volume buttons to navigate the menu and select "wipe data / factory reset". ...
On the next screen, press "Volume Up" to continue.

on Zeki Tablet you had to hold both the "Reset" button and the "volume up" button at the same time for about 15-20 seconds it than boots into Safe Mode which you can select a full factory reset. NOT VOLUME DOWN.

If this fails, 1 888 999 4215 is Zeki support. If in warranty, tell them of failure of factory reset. They may request it be sent to them.

You can reset the Zeki by Powering off. Then at the same time press the volume up button and the power on button, hold them until the Android splash screen pops up.

I'm assuming it is the Zeki 8" TBDG874B. What I would do to get it of the flashy Android logo is hold down the volume button on the minus (-) side and get a small pin or needle to tap the reset. While holding the volume it will reset, then tap the power button still holding volume it will bring up a list. Do a factory reset (you lose all data but that's what I would to do to be on the safe side).

You need to do a factory reset by holding down the power and the volume (-) down button at the same time until u see a black screen with Command prompts.. After this use the volume up and down buttons to stroll up and down and the power button to select.. Go down to data factory reset and press select then select yes.. And your tablet should reset itself.. This May or may not work on the first try.. Please wait at lease 5 minutes for it to boot up because it will take a while to boot after this so don't get all frustrated. If it's still stuck at the go logo just go back to step 1 and repeat.. This is what I did for my tmax 9 tablet when it was stuck at the go logo.. It didn't work the first ten for me but for the 2nd factory wipe it did the trick..

1. Shut off tablet
2. press the volume minus button and the power button @ start up
3. tmax logo shows up and then a android menu
4. factory reset
5. Once complete, reboot
6. wait 4-5minute... tablet works again

You'll need to do a factory reset:
1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.
4. Press Volume Up continue.

Just got off the phone with support!
1. battery must be fully charged first.
2. power on the device.
3. locate and hold the volume down button while using a safety pin
press and hold the reset in until it starts booting, release the reset
button and hold the volume down button for 10 seconds then release.
4. if you are not prompted to factory restore, repeat step 3 but this time
hold volume button for 15 seconds after booting.
when you get to the restore prompt you must use the volume + or -
to navigate and the power button to select. hope this helps!
