To my knowledge, USB ports on smartphones are only used for transferring files to/from a PC. You'll need either a mini-phono (1/8") input on your car stereo and a male-male mini-phono adapter cord or play to a Bluetooth receiver that either transmits to your car's FM band or has an audio input to your car stereo. (Like the example on Amazon)

Usually you should be able to take the SD card out of your phone and put it in a universal card reader (around $30.00 cost) connected to you computers USB port. The SD card will come up as an external drive icon on your desktop. When you open the SD card icon on your desktop by clicking on it the contents of the card should be right there visable. Just drag whatever you don't want on the card off the card and into the trash. It should no longer be on the SD card when you reinsert it in your phone.

SOURCE: can't get music from itunes onto micro sd card
Hi,
Basically, when you buy music from online stores such as iTunes, RealRhapsody.... they are actually DRM protected content and you will not be able to play them on mp3 players which do not support their formats. In such case, the option is to Burn those tracks to a CD and then rip them once again to the HD wherein the DRM will be removed and you will get the tracks in (DRM free) MP3 format. After this you will be able to transfer them to a memory card or to most mp3 players or mobile phones or PDAs...
In case you have purchased a great amount of music from these stores, you can go ahead and use TuneClone which acts as a Virtual CD-ROM drive on your PC, and lets you remove the DRM element without having to waste actual CD's.
You can check out the same at their website: http://www.tuneclone.com
